“My experience with Clear TMS was disappointing overall. I did not feel heard or supported when raising concerns about treatment effectiveness or side effects, and interactions with Diana Wilcox often felt cold and dismissive rather than collaborative. I felt I was just another dollar sign sitting in a chair for her to collect. When I asked simple questions about my care and why TMS did not help me—and in fact left me feeling more hopeless—I felt talked down to and not taken seriously. Medication was pushed when I specifically said I wanted to try TMS to avoid any pharmaceuticals and to see if tms even worked (how are you supposed to see results clearly with pharmaceutical variables?) Difficult conversations were often avoided, which left me feeling alone and unsupported during a vulnerable time. I personally did not experience a trauma-informed approach. The best part of the clinic was the other staff, including Naomi and Carla, who were kind and easy to talk to. Mental health care should feel safe and patient-centered. That was not my experience here, and I would encourage others to ask thorough questions and make sure they feel genuinely supported before moving forward. (also, employee turnover was evident of the way employees are treated).”
