My suggestion is a quick 5 min chat upfront with new patients about their needs, expectations and better "matchmaking". I think the provider specializes in certain types and I'm not it.”

“Dr Coco no complaints. However the rest of the staff is TERRIBLE. Filled out paperwork over and over and over yet they don’t have it once again. Cancel appointments and unable to get call backs for rescheduling. Seroquel is one of the prescribed meds by this office(CoCo took all mental health meds over) and now cannot get a phone call back to refill. Dangerous to put it lightly. Office staff is rude, arrogant, and less than helpful or compassionate”
