Dr. Robert B. Devney, MD

“I am disgusted with the billing at this office. I was sent to collections by this office for someone elses bill. I have never been to Washington, nor have I ever met Dr Devney. Someone else wrote my name as the person to be billed for their services. I never knew about this until three years later when it appeared on my credit report. I tried contacting their collection agency and they won't even listen to me. I disputed the claim and it was and my dispute was denied. I don't understand how some woman can put my name on their bill when I was not aware of it and did not give neither written or verbal consent to be financially repsonsible. This is fraud!! Doctor's should be helping people, not charging someone else and ruining their credit because they don't want to charge the person who actually signed their "legally binding" agreement.”
