“UPDATE: Yes, I consent to share my review on social media. I'm not able to respond, so I'm doing it from here. I waited two months after finishing my TMS treatment before posting a review, so here it is. I completed 35 TMS sessions on March 11th. About three weeks later, during my follow-up appointment, I experienced a major dip. I genuinely thought the treatment hadn’t worked, and I felt incredibly discouraged. But today, May 11th, I can confidently say that was the ONLY dip I’ve had in two whole months 😳 I was also treated for anxiety, and since finishing treatment, I haven’t had a single panic attack. After living with severe depression since 2013, I can officially say: I got my life back. Not only do I feel better, I feel better than ever. For the first time in years, I’m genuinely excited for the future. I truly believed I would live in darkness forever… until I met Shayna, Alexa, and Kaya at Greenbrook. From the very beginning, they treated me with empathy, kindness, and so much care. Even during moments when I came in overwhelmed or in crisis, they always made me feel safe, comfortable, seen, and supported. Their warmth and passion for what they do shines through every single day. I also tried Spravato, so I was going to Greenbrook from September through March, and honestly… I LOVED going there. The staff made such a difficult chapter of my life feel lighter with their professionalism, compassion, and incredible energy. They truly went above and beyond for my care. Shayna, Alexa, Kaya: thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me a second chance at life. Thank you for your patience, your kindness, and for believing in me when I couldn’t believe in myself. I’ve never been happier. If you’re considering Greenbrook, don’t think twice. Every person there is wonderful, and the office itself feels warm, welcoming, clean, and genuinely caring. Even though I’m doing so much better now, I still miss going to the office sometimes haha. TMS truly changed my life. There is no greater gift than getting your well-being back and waking up every day happy to be alive and excited to live your life. Thank you, thank you, thank you. 🤍”

“I had a very positive and productive experience with TMS. I really like clinics surrounding St Vincents area. The ladies were welcoming and we had little things to chat about while I did my treatment. I looked forward to seeing them and it really helped my depression having somewhere to go 5 days a week. I also believe this helped with my SI greatly. I would and do recommend this and would do it again if needed. Thank you Greenbrook!”

“Staff were wonderful but treatment was ineffective for me. Had a $25 co pay for each treatment but they never asked for it. Finally got a bill 6 months later and it’s saying I am past due. Online bill pay unavailable and billing department doesn’t answer the phone or return messages.”

“If I could give negative stars it would still be too nice. I had 2 horrible experiences with this company. The first time was during treatment I received a phone call. No where does it say on any of their paperwork or policies state you can not be on your phone. The horribly rude doctor came in and threatened me to get off the phone or she would never treat me again. I complied because I was not trying to be combative especially since I was under the influence of ketamine. I called corporate because I can not believe how I was spoken to or threatened. They did absolutely nothing. I reluctantly continued treatment and did not see the prescribing doctor for over 6 months in that timeframe. She didn’t check in ever to see how treatment was. But what was a common occurrence was that treatment never started on time. I would get told almost every single week that the doctor has not shown up yet and treatment would not start until 15-25 minutes after the scheduled time. The second incident was a few weeks ago. I had an appointment to start at 10am. I had to leave at 12 to get to get to a very important meeting and told the dispersing employee just that. She laughed it off and said okay. I didn’t start treatment that day until 10:15-10:20. At 11:58 the doctor walked in the room and told me if I leave early I will never step foot in the office again and that she will never write another prescription for me. She was so rude and abrasive and speaking to someone under the influence of a strong drug you would think they would take that into consideration, but she didn’t. The room is a small and I was sitting in a chair and she was standing over me. Mind you, I am under the influence! I felt so attacked and was not in the best state of mind so my flight or fight kicked in and I left. Had she come in and had a gentle approach I probably would have listened. I called corporate again and they were more concerned with protecting the company than advocating for a patient. The woman on the phone tried to call me out about being on the phone but then the next day apologized and said that I was correct that was no policy in place about using the telephone. They strung me along on the phone for over a week stating they were looking into the incident. Mind you I was expecting treatment that next Friday. They didn’t tell me until Thursday late afternoon that they would not be treating me anymore. An absolutely horrendous experience and I hope anyone who thinks of going here will second guess it. They don’t care about you. They care about profits. You’re just another number here.”
