“Providers are great, but administrative functions are not good. Examples-website for conformation of visit and registration has a number of duplications and no way to simply state that nothing has changed from prior week. For virtual visits they are supposed to send zoom link, but don’t. When trying to log on to virtual visits on patient portal, link is not available either. When the are called about link, they will only send text so link only works on phone, not computer or iPad.”

Seriously, I have had so many medication management providers who I never felt cared enough about, they didn’t address concerns, they gave up easily on me when things got hard. Not Lindsey though. I cannot rave about her enough. Seriously I probably have been one of the most difficult clients she has ever had because of my situation and how my life has been going for the last year and a half. She is the best. There were so many times where she could’ve probably quit on me but instead she persevered. She truly goes above and beyond to give you the most adequate care and she’s extremely patient. Because of her I feel taken care of, she really took the time to establish a relationship with me and broke my walls down that I had up. Because of her, I am on a stable schedule with my medication. She worked with me my entire pregnancy as well managing my medication’s and had zero issue working with my OB/GYN to make sure we found the right combination as well.
