Dr. Oni has been a miracle to our family. My youngest struggled severely with adhd and autism nobody else would see him and we had our days at school shortened to 2 hours a day because he was just so wild. We are on full days now since being with Dr. Oni this past year he has been unbelievably caring and understanding. I truly can’t thank him enough for helping us when we were being turned away everywhere else. The staff members are always so nice when checking in. The staff members all interact with my son he’s a very social little guy and they don’t ever shrug him off they all take the time to listen to him and see what new toy he brought.

My experience with Oasis has been positive. My provider is kind, competent and genuinely cares for me and my health. A Big shout out to Kristina at Oasis for helping me with my refills and tracking done what I needed when there was a nationwide shortage! She went the extra mile and I appreciate her attitude, demeanor and overall communication! 5 stars for Kristina as well! Thank you Oasis!

I am writing this on behalf of my friend. I want to kindly and with the utmost respect file a complaint. My friend has been going to see a provider with at this clinic twice in the past month (every 2 weeks). She kindly asked me if I could provide emotional support and go in with her at her last therapy appointment. Her provider started the session by going through a questionnaire (I assumed) and immediately asked her about her past trauma without building rapport and making her feel safe. Then, he proceeded to give a lot of information about trauma without giving space for my friend to share her experiences. It felt more like a lecture. When my friend expressed that she doesn't remember a lot of her childhood memories, her provider began to stress the idea that medication will help her unlock all of those repressed emotions. And although my friend and I agree that she does need to unlock those memories, it was unprofessional and inappropriate to stress that my friend needed medicine to remember all of her memories when that can be highly dangerous and place my friend in a really unsafe position where her body and mind will not know how to manage past traumatic experiences that her brain suppressed as a way to survive and keep her safe. Her provider made it seem like my friend was wasting his time by not opening up and not remembering her childhood. It almost seemed like he was blaming her. And although I understand that as clients, it is our responsibility to respect mental health providers' time and practice, it was highly inappropriate for him to suggest that she is wasting his time and blaming her when my friend only saw him two times. Her provider also cut the session short, not respecting the time that my friend was paying for, and she was struggling to be able to afford these services even though she had insurance. My friend left the session feeling discouraged and not wanting to come back anymore, and I couldn't agree with her more.

Good place. Get my son in fast. I figured out if I call to reschedule his appt, need to dial 3. Just in case people don’t know and think they never pick up phone call:) However, the doctor missed the appointment, so it needed to be rescheduled. We have already paid the bill, but we received an email stating that there is still a balance due…..
