“This is my first time at TMS NW and I was very pleased with my experience. Julia let me have three extra weeks of TMS which made a huge difference in my depression and anxiety scores . I saw Emma throughout the course of my treatments and she is lovely . She supported me during our daily sessions and is very understanding. If I ever need more TMS sessions, I would love for Emma to be my technician again .”

“Very negative experience with TMS NW. Was repeatedly assured that they were covered by our insurance. Required me calling our insurance to confirm coverage to find out that the assigned provider was not covered. Our insurance worked to expediate coverage, however in 3 weeks with our our insurance calling TMS and myself calling, the owner did not call our insurance to initiate coverage. I would not recommend this provider to anyone suffering from mental health issues. We tried to work with TMS NW for 6 weeks before giving up and going to another provider who has been excellent in working with our insurance.”
